St. Louis, MO, August 8, 2007 -- RLB Franchise Corp., the franchising company of Lion's Choice "America's Best Roast Beef Sandwich Since 1967", based out of St. Louis, MO has signed a Development Agreement with RBK Texas Development L.P. located in Austin, TX, to develop Lion's Choice Restaurants in Texas and Oklahoma.

The first restaurant is currently under construction and will be franchised by DK Restaurant Group LLC., out of Oklahoma City, OK. RBK head Kenneth Shipp said the company plans to seek qualified individuals to develop the Lion's Choice brand in both states.
