The Lion's Choice Restaurant-on-Wheels, a self-contained kitchen trailer, visited the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge Birthday Bash and Bicycle Ride on June 25, 2006. At this event, Lion's Choice made their signature menu items available to the 875 bicycle riders and other guests who gathered to celebrate the bridge's 7th birthday since it's reopening in 1999. In addition, Ted Drewes frozen custard and Schlafly beer were provided for the birthday guests.

The Old Chain of Rocks Bridge is 5,353 feet long and serves as a trail for outdoor activities and other public programs.
