Another update from our CEO, Michael Kupstas  01.03.22

To our valued LC Guests,

Happy New Year and thank you for your continued business, support and understanding of the challenges our industry is experiencing during these unprecedented times.

New procedures that keep the health and safety of our guests and team members as a top priority, breaks in our supply chain that have resulted in product outages or substitutions, and staffing challenges have led to us implementing several changes in our day-to-day operations.  We appreciate your flexibility as we navigate through these changes.

All of our Drive-Thru locations do remain open the hours as posted and identified on our website.  In addition, Online ordering using our new LC app or at make it easy for you to order for pickup, and now you can place your delivery order through the same App. Menu items available through these sources are priced the same as priced in our restaurants.

Although our objective is to keep dining rooms open at all of our locations,  we have had to modify hours for dining room service and occasionally have had to close the dining rooms at various locations when there is no other choice.  We hope this becomes less frequent of an occurrence as we enter the new year.

We continue to closely monitor constantly changing information from the CDC, from federal and state government and local municipalities,  and their respective health departments regarding mandates and regulations, the spread of the coronavirus and vaccination status in the regions we operate.

At Lion’s Choice, we will continue to follow enhanced sanitation and hygiene practices. And we will continue to complete Wellness Checks of our employees prior to any of our employees working their shifts to ensure they are not feeling sick or displaying symptoms, have a temperature, or have been exposed to someone with COVID 19.  In addition, in order to provide a safe environment for all, all of our employees continue to wear masks regardless of their vaccination status.

Although masks for vaccinated guests  are optional in most of our locations, we do recommend wearing masks unless seated and enjoying a meal. We are requiring mask-wearing in our stores located in municipalities that have mask mandates in place.
