We may provide additional or different privacy policies that are specific to certain features, services, or activities.
By interacting with our Services or providing us with your information, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Section 14). Your continued use of the Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes.
3. Children’s and Minors’ Data
Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 13 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us using the information in Section 15.
4. The Personal Data That We Collect or Process
“Personal data” is information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual, such as your name, email address, telephone number, home address, or payment information.
The types and categories of personal data we collect or process include:
4.1 Information You Provide Directly

- Account credentials: username and password for online ordering or loyalty accounts
- Payment information: credit or debit card number, card expiration date, card CVV (security code), and information about the payment methods and services you use in connection with the Services. Note: Payment card data is transmitted directly to and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our systems after transaction authorization, in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
- Order and transaction history: food orders, dietary preferences or restrictions, delivery or pickup instructions, purchase history, and account history including discounts and returns

- Employment inquiries: information submitted through online job applications (name, work history, references)
Users may visit our Site anonymously. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Services-related activities such as online ordering.
4.2 Information Collected Automatically
As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal data:
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system and version, preferred language, device type, device identifiers, hardware identifiers, Internet service provider, and other similar technical information
- Usage and interaction data: pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, referring/exit pages, clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), products that you view or search for, page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from a page
- Advertisement interactions: information regarding your interactions with our advertisements on our Services and on third-party platforms, including clicks, impressions, viewability metrics, and conversions
- Pseudonymous advertising identifiers: cookie IDs and mobile advertising IDs (such as IDFA and AAID), which are processed through authorized advertising platforms (such as Google and The Trade Desk) in connection with our programmatic advertising campaigns
- Audience segment data and inferred interests: derived through advertising platforms based on your interactions with our Services and advertisements
- Aggregated and anonymized reporting data: campaign performance metrics, reach, frequency, and conversion data compiled across users by our advertising platforms
4.3 Geolocation Data
We collect general geographic location (country, state, city) based on IP address. We do not collect precise real-time geolocation information from GPS or similar device-based methods through our website or application, and we do not collect location when the application is closed or not in use. We may use general location data to help provide location-related features such as identifying nearby restaurant locations.
In connection with our programmatic advertising campaigns, we may also use radius-based geographic targeting (e.g., serving advertisements to users within a specified distance from a restaurant location) through authorized advertising platforms such as Google and The Trade Desk. This targeting relies on coarse location signals provided by those platforms (such as ZIP code, city, or region) and does not involve the collection of precise GPS-level coordinates by Lion’s Choice or our advertising service providers. The advertising platforms process geo-location data in accordance with their own privacy frameworks and applicable data protection laws.
4.4 Cookies, Web Beacons, and Tracking Technologies
We use automatic data collection technologies to improve our Services and deliver a better and more personalized experience. These technologies include:
- Cookies: A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you interact with the Services. You may refuse to accept or disable cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain features of the Services. You can also manage non-essential cookies through our Cookie Preferences tool (available via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer or within app settings, where available).
- Web Beacons: Some parts of the Services may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).
To the extent any of these automated technologies are considered a personal data sale, targeted advertising, or profiling under applicable laws, depending on where you live, you may opt out from use of these automated technologies for such uses by contacting us at privacy@lionschoice.com or through our Cookie Preferences tool, where available. Please note that some Services features may be unavailable as a result.
4.5 Third Parties Using Tracking Technologies
When you interact with the Services, third parties may use automatic collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties include:
- Advertisers, ad networks, and ad servers
- Programmatic advertising platforms (including Google and The Trade Desk)
- Analytics companies (including Google Analytics)
- Your device manufacturer
- Your Internet or mobile service provider
These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services. The information they collect may be associated with your personal data, or they may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, platforms, and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.
Google Analytics: This website uses Google Analytics to collect information about you and your behaviors on our website. If you would like to opt out of Google Analytics, please visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
4.6 Information From Third-Party Sources
We may receive personal data about you from other sources and combine that with information we collect directly from you. For example, we may obtain information about you from:
- Service providers we engage to perform services on our behalf, such as email platform providers, payment processors, gift card program providers, analytics services, and security and anti-fraud services
- Business partners that share consumer information with us, including your personal preferences and demographic information, so that we can better provide you with a personalized experience
- Advertising platforms: In connection with our programmatic advertising campaigns, we may provide first-party data (such as CRM lists and hashed email addresses) to authorized advertising platforms for audience matching and campaign targeting purposes. Lion’s Choice acts as the controller of such data and determines the purposes and means of processing. Our advertising service provider, AiDigital, facilitates our use of these platforms and processes data only to the extent necessary to provide those services, acting as a service provider on our behalf.
4.7 Combined Data
We also collect statistical or aggregated data that does not directly identify a specific person. For example, we may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature. If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal data.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal data, for the following purposes:
- Provide you with the Services and any content, features, information, products, or services that we make available through the Services
