TERMS OF USE
Lion’s Choice Loyalty Rewards Program

The Lion’s Choice Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”) is a loyalty program offered by Lion’s Choice to reward guests for purchases made at participating Lion’s Choice restaurants. By enrolling in or participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Eligibility
Participation in the Lion’s Choice Rewards Program is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 16 years of age
- Reside in the United States
- Create a registered Rewards account
Only one account per individual is permitted. Lion’s Choice reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate accounts. Enrollment is free, and no purchase is required to join.
Employee Participation Lion’s Choice employees may participate in the Rewards Program; however, points may not be earned on purchases made using employee discounts unless otherwise permitted by Lion’s Choice. Lion’s Choice reserves the right to modify employee participation rules at any time.
2. Enrollment
Guests may enroll in the Rewards Program by creating an account at https://lionschoice.com/rewards
To enroll, guests must provide:
- A valid email address
- A valid Phone number
- Other information requested during registration
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
By enrolling in the Rewards Program, you agree that Lion’s Choice may send program-related communications including reward notifications, promotional offers, and account updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
3. Earning Points
Members earn 4 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases made at participating Lion’s Choice locations. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
Points may be earned by:
- Scanning the QR code in the Lion’s Choice mobile app, or
- Providing the phone number associated with the Rewards account at checkout.
Points are earned on food and beverage purchases made directly from Lion’s Choice restaurants.
Points may also be earned on qualifying purchases placed through the Lion’s Choice website or mobile app when the member is logged into their Rewards account.
Points are not earned on:
- Gift card purchases or reloads
- Charitable donations
- Sales tax
- Returned purchases
- Orders placed through third-party delivery services such as DoorDash or similar platform.
Lion’s Choice may occasionally offer bonus point promotions or limited-time earning opportunities.
Points typically appear in a member’s account shortly after purchase.
4. Redeeming Rewards
Members receive a $5 Reward for every 250 points earned.
Lion’s Choice may occasionally offer registration rewards, birthday rewards, or limited-time reward opportunities.
When a reward is issued:
- 250 points will automatically be deducted from the member’s account.
- Rewards can be accessed in the mobile app or online account.
Reward Redemption Rules
- Rewards have no cash value.
- Rewards may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
- Applicable taxes must be paid by the customer.
Rewards may not be used toward:
- Gift card purchases
- Prior purchases
Rewards must be redeemed at participating Lion’s Choice locations.
5. Reward Expiration
Rewards expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise specified. Lion’s Choice reserves the right to modify reward expiration periods.
6. Account Responsibility
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Lion’s Choice is not responsible for unauthorized use of an account. Members should immediately notify Lion’s Choice of any suspected unauthorized activity. Lion’s Choice may be contacted at:
Rewards accounts may not be transferred or shared between individuals.
7. Technical Issues and Adjustments
Occasionally, technical issues may prevent points from being recorded at the time of purchase. Members may contact Lion’s Choice to request point adjustments. Lion’s Choice reserves the right to request proof of purchase before awarding points.
Requests for missing points must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date and may require a valid receipt.
Lion’s Choice also reserves the right to:
- Correct errors in point balances
- Adjust rewards issued due to system errors
- Reverse points for refunded purchases
8. Program Changes and Termination
Lion’s Choice may modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program or any portion of it at any time.
This includes changes to:
- Point earning rates
- Reward thresholds
- Expiration policies
- Program benefits
Changes may be made with or without prior notice.
9. Fraud and Abuse
Lion’s Choice may suspend or terminate a Rewards account if the company determines that the account has been used in a manner that is:
- Fraudulent
- Abusive
- In violation of these Terms
This includes but is not limited to:
- Attempting to manipulate the program
- Selling or transferring rewards
- Creating multiple accounts to gain benefits
Any points or rewards in such accounts may be forfeited.
10. Privacy
Information collected through the Rewards Program is subject to the Lion’s Choice Privacy Policy available at: https://lionschoice.com/privacy/.
11. Limitation of Liability
Lion’s Choice is not responsible for:
- System outages
- Lost rewards due to technical issues
- Unauthorized account access
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion’s Choice shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Rewards Program.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
